Returns

• We accept returns on most non-custom items.

• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs — a £3.99 fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Cancellations

  If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include clear photos of the item and packaging
